What is Tonoflex P?

Tonoflex P is a prescription combination painkiller manufactured mainly by Sami Pharmaceuticals in Pakistan. Each tablet contains two active ingredients:

The combo gives dual-action relief: paracetamol handles mild pain/fever, while tramadol tackles moderate to severe pain through the central nervous system. There’s also a “Tonoflex-P Forte” version with the same combo marketed by Santos Pharmaceuticals.

Note: There is a different product called “Flex P” that contains Aceclofenac + Paracetamol, not Tramadol. Don’t confuse the two.
